We had Wilson flooring pros install carpet in our bedrooms and on the stairs. We are loving our new carpet! Virginia helped us find the carpet we were looking for, she brought us samples to look at in person for the ones we had picked from online. The installers were on time, and finished our project within the timeline we needed.

I was looking to replace the carpet in my two upstairs bedrooms and on my stairs. I contacted Wilson Flooring and Virginia got back to me within minutes. A few days later, she brought over carpet samples based on what I told her I wanted and I fell in love with two options. Both were out of my budget and Virginia said she would look around for something similar. She found it!! The carpet was installed quickly and looks beautiful! I could not be more satisfied. Great work done by Wilson Flooring for my basement carpet replacement. They are responsible, easy to work with, fair in pricing, get the job done with the promised timeline, and not cutting corners. The whole experience is smooth from selecting the carpet, agreeing for pricing, scheduling and get the job finished as scoped. I only have light furnitures in the basement, they move the furnitures around while getting the new carpet installed without charging me much overhead which is really nice as other vendors was quoting for $5000+ just to move the furnitures out to a air conditioning facility and then move them back in. I would definitely use them again for my future flooring needs.

We are so pleased with our new carpet. Not only is it beautiful, but, it was such a pleasure doing business with Wilson Flooring. From the first contact, they were professional and helpful throughout the carpet selection. The installation crew was thorough and did an expert job. The price fit into our budget, so yes, we are doubly pleased. We will definitely use them again!

As the last step in our home renovation, we hired Wilson Flooring to install a pretty unconvention carpet here in the states - wall to wall sisal. This included our entire second floor (~1500 sqft) and two staircases.

Prior to finding Wilson, we had received a quote through our general contractor for the installation and carpet as well as another local flooring company. Neither of these options had the herringbone weave that we were looking for, nor were they willing to work with us. We found Wilson through a recommendation from the sisal manufacturer as someone who does natural flooring installations.

From the initial phone call to discuss the project and come out for a quote, Virginia was very warm and easy to work with. Virginia and her team came out to the house to take measurements and work up a quote which came in the middle compared to the other quotes. And because our foyer stairs have spindles on five steps, she suggested we order an additional runner so that it could be cut to the stairs with one side bound since sisal doesn't wrap around spindles well.

An unexpected sale came up on the carpet we wanted to purchase and Virginia was swift to supply us with the appropriate square footage to order and what warehouse to have the carpet shipped to. This process was all entirely new to me so I was very grateful that she was able to work with the warehouse to have the carpet received, stored, and picked up by the Wilson team with little cost to us.

Throughout the process, Virginia also consulted with another natural flooring expert in her network with 50+ years experience. The team came out to the house one more time to review the plan and discuss execution a week prior to installation. Our general contractor was running over on time and Virginia was understanding that I didn't have installation dates for her until about two weeks prior.

During the week of installation, everything went smooth! Which was a HUGE relief at the end of a four month renovation which had been a roller coaster itself. Virginia kept in touch throughout the week with progress and called for questions on the details like if my vision for the runner on the stairs was in line with hers, what color we wanted the transitions stained between rooms, extra places they put down quarter round, etc. She also sent photos! Which was a huge relief. At the time we were living 30 minutes away with a toddler and couldn't make the trip to the house everyday after work.

At the end of the week, the carpet was installed flawlessly. It looks beautiful and I'm sure working with a natural fiber/carpet was no easy task. Virginia took extra care to be sure the carpet was installed to be long lasting and avoid fraying. The team did an absolutely superb job with the installation, communication (most important of all!), and guiding us through the process. If there was any criticism to give, I'd say there was some glue (sisal has to be glued down) left on the new marble bathroom countertops that I'm afraid we'll be carefully removing with a razor blade and the caulk was missed on a couple of corners of quarter round.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Wilson Flooring and they would be our first pick on any future flooring projects!

I'm kinda torn on my review of Wilson Flooring. Although I enjoyed working with this company, I feel like they kinda brushed me off towards the end of the project. I have an older home and hired them to install new flooring throughout my entire home. They were always punctual each day and did their best to make sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing. We ran into some problems with the subfloor, which prompted some last minute changes. They did try to remedy the problem, but ultimately we had to make those last minute changes. My home is kinda small, so they had to place some of the furniture outside while they installed the flooring.The problem was that they didn't cover it and I was stuck with sawdust on my couch, chairs and bar, that I had to clean off myself. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my new flooring because it was definitely time for an upgrade. There were a couple of areas that should've been fixed. I called them and informed them of the problems and they were supposed to come out and fix them but they never did. It seemed that they stopped paying attention to detail because the project was taking longer than anticipated and they had other clients to get to.They also could've cleaned up a little better.

The work began on 5/14/2020 and ended around 5/18/2020. I'm giving my review on today, 8/12/2020.

The process of getting the right carpet for the stairs is a real save. The carpet is perfect and looks great! On time, on schedule and reasonable price.

Wilson installed carpet upstairs of our house. The staff was courteous, professional and efficient. The carpet looks and feels great for a reasonable price. The job was completed in one day which was awesome.
